Founded by Former ABA Business Owners
We are experienced former ABA business owners who built our company from 3 people at a kitchen table to the largest ABA clinic provider in our state, with 4 large clinics and over 150 staff…culminating in a successful sale to a national ABA provider.

The Compass brand grew to become the largest ABA provider in the state, and was awarded as the ‘Fastest Growing Business’ and ‘#1 Company to Watch’ by BusinessNH Magazine.
Compass was an ABA innovation leader with a revolutionary set of services across 4 company divisions:
- Compass Behavior provided clinic-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and other developmental delays.
- Compass Academy was a New Hampshire certified Private School for grades K-8, focusing on providing an individualized education and treatment program for students who cannot be properly accommodated by the public school system.
- Compass Classroom was a collaborative classroom solution that provided a BCBA and team of RBTs working 1:1 with special needs students in a public school classroom environment.
- Compass Transport was a special needs transportation provider, providing school bus transportation for students placed in out-of-district schools, as well as providing free transportation to Compass clinics for Medicaid client families who could not otherwise obtain therapy for their children.
In 2021, Dan and Ally successfully sold Compass to a national ABA provider and stayed on for two years to help ensure a smooth transition.
